- What methods of shipping do you offer, and how can you tell me about them?
- We only send out the parcel by using courier services , so you will be provided tracking number to check for your parcel status. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. You can expect delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. .
- What is your shipping fee and insurances cost?
- We charge for minimum USD26.56 per item but free deliver if you order two items and above. All the delivery service is included insurances.
- What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or stolen, we will send you another watch provided that the courier did not deliver your watch to the wrong address. We regret to inform you that if the postal service delivers the watch to the WRONG address, or you have moved or changed your address without notifying us, there is nothing we can do to recover your watch.
- What happens if my watch stops working?
- We have a generous exchange program for most models. If your watch stops working within the below specified time period, simply return it to us and we will either repair it or exchange it for a brand new one. Please note that this exchange does not apply to watches that have suffered physical damage caused by the customer, and that we will not refund any return shipping costs UNLESS you received the wrong model. If you send us a perfectly working watch, it will be sent directly back to you.
- I received my watch, but it appears to be damaged from shipping?
- Though this does not often happen, sometimes automatic models are damaged during shipping due to extreme mishandling by the courier. The most commonly broken part is the movement motor on automatic models. If you receive a damaged watch, please let us know and we will arrange an exchange for you.
- I am looking for a watch that i don't see listed on your site, can you provide them?
- If you are looking to purchase a watch we do not have listed on our Site please contact Sales with a picture of the watch you have with a possible Serial Number of the Watch or the Model number of the watch. More Details given would be easier and quicker to locate the watch at the factories.
